Transport Operations Coordinator Location: Hythe, Kent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (out-of-hours support required on a rota basis) The Company We are working with a fast-growing and dynamic logistics and transport business specialising in time-critical and express freight solutions across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a hands-on and proactive Transport Operations Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting day-to-day transport operations, customers, drivers, customs processes, and bookings across the UK and Europe. The Role This is a broad, operational role where you will be heavily involved in the coordination of transport movements, customer support, driver liaison, bookings, customs documentation, and live job management. You will work closely with the Transport Manager and wider operations team to ensure jobs are planned, executed, and delivered smoothly, customers are kept informed, and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. The role also includes out-of-hours support on a rota basis and occasional hands-on support within the warehouse environment.
