The opportunity We’re seeking a Transformation Lead to act as a trusted advisor, driving QBE’s strategic transformation agenda. In this role, you’ll provide thought leadership, leverage external perspectives, and scale transformation governance frameworks to deliver impactful change across the Chief Data, AI, and Enterprise Technology Office. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and ensure alignment with QBE’s global strategy while embedding best practices and delivering measurable outcomes. Your new role Lead and manage transformation projects through the full project lifecycle Drive portfolio management and reporting for strategic initiatives Analyze and synthesize data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities Act as a trusted advisor to business functions, shaping and implementing transformation strategies Facilitate governance forums and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives Provide structure, guidance, and best practice insights to support business problem-solving About you Strong experience in project delivery and transformation within complex organizations Skilled in developing business cases, solution design, and stakeholder engagement Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and portfolios Strategic planning expertise, including frameworks, tools, and methodologies Experience influencing senior executives and building trusted relationships Broad financial services background with understanding of insurance processes and technology Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
