Transformation Communications Lead is driving a major cost-reduction effort, targeting £15m in savings by next year. A key part of this work is the expansion of Dynamics capabilities into MSS, improving agent tooling across email handling, AI-driven classification, and development of Crystal connectors. These enhancements aim to significantly reduce trade queries, with 49% currently tied to application-related issues. The approach will later be extendable to GPS (Payments). We are looking for someone who can transform strategic ideas into sharp, persuasive, and insightful executive-level presentations—helping shape how the programme tells its story and secures adoption across the business. Main Responsibilities Translate complex initiatives and concepts from the Programme Lead into clear, compelling PowerPoint narratives for C-level audiences. Build slides that are informative, visually engaging, and structured to drive challenge, clarity, and senior-level decision-making.
