A well-established organisation specialising in international marketing and creative production is entering a new phase of growth. With decades of experience in localisation and campaign delivery, the team supports large, multinational brands across a wide range of sectors. Their focus is ensuring multi-market campaigns are culturally relevant, consistent, compliant, and delivered efficiently. This is an initial 12 month contract and will be working 3 days in the central London and 2 days from home. Please note - No visa sponsorship available for this role. Day to day duties Overseeing the delivery of high-quality transcreation and related services across a portfolio of accounts Managing workflow, processes, and resources to ensure best-in-class project execution Line-managing and mentoring members of the transcreation team Building effective relationships with internal departments and cross-functional teams Promoting strong collaboration and a positive team culture Monitoring junior team performance and contributing to appraisals and reviews Expreience required Have proven experience at Transcreation Director level Bring strong, hands-on experience with CAT tools (5+ years) Have at least 5 years of translation/localisation experience Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail Can manage your own workload confidently within a fast-paced team Communicate clearly and professionally (additional languages are a bonus) Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
