Transactional Finance Manager London / Milton Keynes | Hybrid£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits A growing real estate business is seeking a Transactional Finance Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will run day-to-day transactional finance, ensuring strong controls, timely month-end and an efficient, well-managed function. You will lead a small team and support ongoing improvements to systems and automation. Key Responsibilities Lead AP, AR and Credit Control Ensure accurate processing, controls and reconciliations Own month-end close and payment runs Support rent and service charge billing and reconciliations Drive process improvements and automation Act as the main internal contact for transactional finance The Candidate Proven experience managing transactional finance teams Property / real estate experience preferred Strong controls and month-end knowledge Hands-on, organised and commercially aware Confident people manager with a practical approach Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
