Description Manage and oversee transactional finance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Management of a small finance team, including all training, 121s, appraisalsContinually identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficienciesCollaborate with relevant departments.Generate reports to support decision-making processes.Ensure all reconciliations are completed within set deadlines.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
