Our London office is recruiting a Transaction Delivery Lawyer to join our growing matter support capability within the Innovation Design and Technology (IDT) team. The Role This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions across our corporate and banking and finance matters, as an extension of our legal and support teams, dealing with activities that are best performed by process-centric specialists utilising legal technology tools, including AI for enhanced matter support and delivery. You will be both client and business facing and will play a pivotal role in supporting legal transformation across our offices in EMEA. As well as being engaged on specific matters, you will also support the development of the matter support capability. The role provides a great opportunity to drive change in the delivery of our legal services, working alongside our innovation and technology experts.
