Send event invitations, support enrolment processes, and maintain training attendance data.

Proactively coordinate catering schedules and orders, liaising with janitors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and effective inventory management. Handle invoicing and procurement tasks via internal systems.

Communicate with learners and collaborators to follow up on missing information and independently manage the House of Learning inbox in a timely and professional manner.

Provide general administrative support to the Training Events & Coordination Manager and the wider House of Learning team.

Assist with travel and hotels bookings for training delegates and events as required.

Ensure high levels of data accuracy across divisional trackers and contribute to internal reporting and learning initiatives.

Be the welcoming face of CHANEL at our prestigious learning centre, embodying our people-centric culture while upholding the highest brand standards.

Manage learner check-ins, lunch orders, and general training enquiries via email and Teams.

Liaise with janitors and suppliers to maintain the House of Learning catering inventory.

Manage room booking requests, schedule viewings, and update calendars across Outlook and the internal training calendar.

Manage deliveries, coordinate internal couriers, organise the post room and oversee inventory of the House of Learning supplies including stationery and refreshments.

Maintain and update reception handover documents and support the onboarding of temporary staff.

Raise and follow up on IT and maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and internal teams.

Collaborate with on-site security officer in working with relevant contractors and maintenance staff.

Support Training Director in diary management, travel / hotel bookings and manage expenses.

Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail, reliability and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and diary management are essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
