About the team:The aim of our Service Unit (GBTO) is to deliver day-to-day services to our Global Banking & Investor Solutions (GBIS) Business Units and their clients to accelerate the transformation. GBTO is organised under the following structure: • A transversal client group • Eight service and product orientated entities • A transversal data entity • Seven centres of expertise The GBTO/COO (Chief Operating Officer of GBTO) department is one of the 7 seven centres of expertise. It is responsible for assisting the GBTO department in the overall management of the GBTO Service Unit, defining its strategy and ensuring the successful execution of its transformation. It offers support to GBTO management through a wide range of service offerings (Transformation and Financial Steering). It is also responsible for the UK platform of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management and Sourcing Activities.
