Trainee Sales Consultant

Trainee Sales Consultant Package:

• A competitive basic salary of £32k
• Y1 OTE of £40k!
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior consultants.
• Accurately input project data into ERP systems.
• Maintain and improve key systems (Salesforce, Smartsheet).
• Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Take ownership of delegated tasks and provide regular updates.
• Contribute to the execution of sales strategies.
• Represent consultants in internal meetings.
• Work towards promotion to a full Consultant role.

Requirements:

We are looking for you, if:

• You possess GCSEs in English and Maths.
• You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
• You have exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new systems.
• You have proven teamwork and leadership skills (desirable).
• You hold public speaking qualifications (desirable).
