As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your skills and confidence in every aspect of recruitment. You'll learn how to: Build and manage relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff. Source and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles. Develop your own client base through proactive sales and networking. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
