Role Overview Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through headhunting and networking Writing job adverts and reviewing CVs Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client meetings Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to final offer Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Working towards performance goals and earning commission What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated Resilient and driven to achieve results Degree educated (preferred but not essential) Previous sales or commercial experience is beneficial What’s on Offer Starting salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission Realistic Year 1 OTE: £38,000-£48,000 Year 2 OTE: £45,000-£70,000 Year 3 OTE: £70,000-£100,000+ Monthly rewards such as fine dining experiences and team incentives Annual international trips to destinations including Barcelona, New York, an
