Full training and development will be provided, with a clear progression path.Within 2 to 3 years, the successful applicant will be supported through their Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) exams, the industry recognised professional qualification.Salary £21,000 to £26,500 depending on experience, with increases as you progress through training and qualifications. Once qualified, high rates of commission are payable.DutiesAdministering mortgage applications through to offer stageEstablishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducersResearching mortgage products and placing cases with lendersProgressing to telephoning warm leads and booking appointmentsEventually carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgagesSkills and experience requiredEducated to a good academic standard, graduate level candidates are preferred, however applicants with a minimum of two strong A levels or equivalent will also be consideredBright, enthusiastic, outgoing and personableMotivated to work to targetsAble to work in a regulated, compliant and pressurised environmentStrong communication skills and good attention to detail
