• Full-time hours - typical shifts are 8.15 am - 5.45pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Training supported by our highly experienced, supportive team - your course will be fully funded by us and is overseen by an external course provider

• Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2
• Confident communicator with an empathetic, service-focused approach
• Keen to learn how to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in a wide variety of procedures

• Qualifications
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – essential for accurate communication and record-keeping.
• Previous reception or customer service experience – ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, but not required.
• Strong IT skills, including confidence with practice management software, email, and basic office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and remain calm in a busy environment.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling patient
