This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to learn and progress in accounts, with ongoing training and support you will be developing your skills with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.YOUR ROLE.As the Trainee Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Group Sales Ledger and Credit Controller by maintaining accurate payment records and managing debt. The main duties of the role includeHandle queries from insurance companies, fleet companies, garages, and colleagues across departments.Manage accounts, send out monthly statements, and process invoices and credit notes.Chase overdue payments and liaise with departments to resolve queries.Update spreadsheets, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate financial records.Process card payments, refunds, and oversee credit account limits.Support financial administration and liaise with specialised accounts.YOUR PROFILE.Strong numerical skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and meet deadlines efficientlyA methodical and organised approach to workInterest in accounts and credit controlBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, creating spread sheets and using basic formulasPrevious admin experience preferredABOUT US.Hedin Automotive is a well-established BMW & MINI franchise with state-of-the-art centres across North London, East London, and Kent.
