We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding independent brokerage based in Essex, on the lookout for a proficient broker to join their dynamic team.The role is one you can really make your own and grow into. The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 2 years commercial (or personal lines) insurance experience with the ability to build a book of commercial insurance business, either from scratch or with an existing client base attached.This is a part new business / sales role so you will need to possess strong business development skills and be very customer focussed.The future earning potential for the right candidate could be significant.Salary: £35k to £50k (dependant on experience and any client base) plus commission and extensive benefits.
