You will learn to set up CNC programs, operate machines, and inspect products both manually and with CMM equipment. Reporting to team leaders, you will be integral to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.Trainee CNC Turner Duties:Read drawings and create CNC programs accordinglySet up and programme CNC machines (Mazak/XYZ)Conduct first-off dimensional tests on new programsFeed and operate CNC machines efficientlyPerform in-process controls using manual devices such as gauges and micrometersInspect finished products using CNC CMM machinesHandle CNC machines proactively and troubleshoot issues as they ariseReport progress and findings via SAP and on paperTrainee CNC Turner Requirements:Good ability to work well within a small team environmentMethodical with skills such as 5S or CIP being advantageousAbility to demonstrate initiative and work independentlyWillingness to learn and improve personal and work environmentInterest in manufacturing and precision engineeringTrainee CNC Turne
