Pay Rate: £12.40 - £14.70 per hour Weekdays - £12.40 first 12 months, £12.65 between 12-24 months service and then £14.40 per hour Weekends - £12.70 first 12 months, £12.95 between 12-24 months service and then £14.70 per hour Bank Holiday - £40 bonus paid per shift. The training generally last approx. 4 weeks and will take place at our Stockton depot, before you then work with a mentor for a further few weeks. Ongoing CPC training.
