Pay Rate: £12.60- £15.05 per hour During Training (the first 4-6 weeks) - £12.60 per hour Rate during mentoring - £13.41 per hour After Training and mentoring: Weekdays - £14.90 per hour ( £15.05 per hour from January )Saturday - £15.90 per hour ( £16.05 per hour from January )Sunday - £16.90 per hour ( 17.05 per hour from January ) Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.
