Pay Rate: £12.96 - £19.51 per hour During Training (the first 4-6 weeks) - £12.96 per hour After Training: Weekdays - £13.25ph first 7 months, rising to £17.75ph from 8 months. Saturday / Sunday and after 8pm - uplift of £1.00 per hour. Overtime - £14.58ph first 7 months, rising to £19.51ph from 8 months Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations. The training generally last approx. 4 weeks and will take place at our Luton depot, before you then work with a mentor for a further few weeks.
