- Reporting to: Head of Marketing Design Location: London (4 days per week in the office, 4 day working week) Contract Length: 14 weeks
- The Role
- The LiveScore Studio is the creative engine for all LiveScore brands, including LiveScore, LiveScore Bet, and Virgin Bet. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Traffic Manager to join our fast-paced team.
- This is a critical role to cover a key period of transition within our team. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of our creative workflows, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across multiple brands and regions. You will be the central point of contact, connecting our marketing stakeholders with our in-house creative team and external production agency.
- The Responsibilities
- End-to-End Workflow Management: Immediately take charge of project managing and trafficking creative workstreams across our 3 core brands in 5 different regions, ensuring work is planned effectively and executed in a timely manner.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the daily work allocation and scheduling for both our in-house creative team and our external production house agency in Bulgaria, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as the key interface with marketing stakeholders across multiple office locations, managing expectations, clarifying briefs, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between teams.
- Process Enhancement with AI: Partner with us to explore and evolve the use of generative AI in our creative processes, specifically in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our briefing stages.
- JIRA Ownership: Utilise your deep understanding of JIRA to manage schedules, track project progress, and provide clear visibility on all workstreams to the wider team.
- Kay skills and experience
This is a fast-paced role requiring a candidate who can make an immediate impact. The ideal person will be
- An Experienced Traffic Manager: You have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Studio Manager, or Production Manager, ideally within a multi-brand agency or a fast-paced client-side creative studio.
- A JIRA Expert: You have a very solid, practical working understanding of JIRA for workflow management. This is non-negotiable.
- A Master Coordinator: You have demonstrable experience managing complex workstreams across multiple regions and balancing the needs of both in-house and external agency resources.
- An Excellent Communicator: You are a confident and clear communicator, capable of building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Creatively Astute: You possess an understanding of what constitutes good design and can appreciate the creative process, helping to ensure our output is always of the highest standard.
- Proactive & Adaptable: You are a natural problem solver, can remain calm under pressure, and are comfortable navigating the changing priorities of a dynamic marketing environment.
- Industry Aware (Bonus): A good understanding or previous experience in the Sports, Betting, or Gaming industry is a significant advantage.Working Pattern
