We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Product Manager to lead digital product delivery across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product delivery across multiple innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, commercial drivers, constraints, and timelines.Develop digital products, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Proofs of Value (PoVs), and MVPs.Shape commercial cases and translate ambiguous ideas into clear, validated business requirements.Assemble and validate functional and non-functional requirements.Map current and future-state business processes in a clear, accessible way for non-technical audiences.Define user journeys and personas to guide product design and delivery.Research and evaluate digital solutions—internal or external—agnostic to build, buy, or partner decisions.Be responsible for the product roadmap, prioritize features, handle the backlog, and pivot quickly when need
