The purpose of this valuation is to support a potential transfer of the trademark at fair market value as part of a business restructuring process. Requirements: Proven experience in intellectual property (IP) valuation, brand valuation, or business asset valuation. Ability to provide a clear, defensible written report that could be relied upon in the context of company closure, liquidation, or transfer of assets. Familiarity with UK/EU intellectual property law is highly preferred. Strong financial or legal background (e.g. chartered accountant, CPA, business valuer, or IP lawyer/consultant). Deliverable: A written valuation report (PDF/Word format) detailing methodology and final valuation figure for the trademark. Report should be suitable for use in potential legal or insolvency contexts to demonstrate that the transfer was done at arm’s length and fair market value.
