Trade Plan Operations Manager Welwyn Garden City - 3 days per week onsite (Hybrid)12-month PAYE Contract | £50,000-£55,000 We are seeking a proactive Trade Plan Operations Manager to join a central Trade Planning team at a leading national retailer. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, including Director-level. You will play a key role in optimising SOPs and operational processes, coordinating planograms and in-store events, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple areas of the business. About the role On a daily basis, you will: Review, document, and optimise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to improve efficiencyCoordinate in-store events and planograms, working closely with buyers and operational teamsApply expertise in space and range merchandising to support operational and strategic planningDevelop and implement training processes for new startersOversee checkouts and till toppers space managementLead floorplan audits, proof of concept projects, and master database creationMaintain accurate filing, reporting, and process documentationIdentify automation and reporting opportunities to improve efficiencyCollaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational teams up to DirectorsThrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, juggling multiple priorities What we're looking for Retail background essential, with experience in space and range merchandisingProven project management experienceStrong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging at all levels
