Trade Counter SalespersonLocation: Watford Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 DOEHours:Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pmFriday: 7:00am – 4:00pmSaturday: 7:30am – 10:30amAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Trade Counter Salesperson to join our clients busy branch based in Watford. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild effective relationships with customers to understand their requirements and ensure the correct products are suppliedUse initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customersMaintain a clean and efficiently merchandised counter area in line with Company policyEnsure Company policies are followed at all times when producing paperwork associated with salesLiaise with suppliers and other branches/departments where necessarySupport the Branch/General Manager and colleagues, working as a team to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within Company policyEnsure a tidy working environment at all times in line with Health & Safety guidelinesEnsure shop stock is clean, clearly identifiable, kept in good order, and low stocks are highlighted to Branch Management where necessaryWork within Company policy and procedures, including Health & Safety GuidelinesPerform any other duties including stock-taking and any tasks deemed necessary by the CompanyPlease note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we current
