Duties

• Assist in daily trade operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilise phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients.
• Support upselling initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote additional services or products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trades and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Demonstrate basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Experience

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service or trade-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients positively and professionally, showcasing effective phone etiquette.
• Basic understanding of sales principles, including upselling techniques, is beneficial.
