The brands will now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.    The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence with the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.    Job DescriptionDeliver an optimized E2E product development, sealing and fitting processes across all departments to ensure quality is built at the very early development stageSupport in driving a sourcing, fabric first and technical strategy to support the business in delivering best in class product.Formulate and deliver a digital 3D product development strategy for Suppliers and at departmental level.Support fabric/trims sourcing processes and implement strategies to meet technical strategy and overall business KPIFormulate and implement technical bulletins and best practices to deliver consistency in the way of working and increased right first-time fit approval hit rate.Together with offshore Production and Technical team support building supply chain of the future including best management processes, tools, manufacturing technologies.Support building technical capabilities within the supplier base to deliver quality, placing the right product in the right factory with right cost and right lead timeContinuously monitor departmental and Suppliers technical KPI and Score card to deliver overall business KPI and quality.Lead departmental Initiatives and ad hoc projects to deliver quality consistency across product type, speed to market and cost savings.Develop and lead a high-performance team, with skills sets and commitment to meet or exceed required business results.QualificationsProven experience and knowledge of working with UK and Off-shore (retailers, Suppliers or Manufacturers) on Product Technical & Quality standards.Strong product technical knowledge gained in retail/manufacturing environment covering all areas from testing, construction, fitting, sealing, production and supply chain management.Strong knowledge of product testing both technical & legal standardsStrong ability to communicate clearly and objectively.Proven strong work ethic with utmost integrityEffective problem solver and proactive.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)ASOS Develops (personal development opportunities across the business)Employee sample salesAccess to a huge range of LinkedIn learning materials25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special momentDiscretionary bonus schemePrivate medical care schemeFlexible benefits allowance - which you can choose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits
