We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tool Hire Assistant - Fitter/Driver to lead and grow a tool hire business. This role is pivotal in establishing our presence in the market and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the tool hire hub.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and maintenance of tools.
  • Customer Service:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
