In this full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, based from their Wellingborough office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering a collaborative working environment.As an experience Title Checker your key duties & responsibilities:Managing all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries across all residential tenuresReviewing, checking, and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiriesManaging a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiencyLiaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactionsDemonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, ideally within a title checking roleWorking proactively with strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlinesTo be considered for the Title Checker role you will:Proven experience in title checkingExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and use initiativeStrong attention to detail and a hardworking approachBenefits in offer:Starting salary depending on experience from £28,000, health insurance, free parking, generous holiday 38 days including bank holiday and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progress.Send your CV now for immediate consideration.
