## Overview Looking for an experienced TikTok specialist to grow our social presence and optimize our TikTok Shop on an ongoing basis. We are an established Shopify and Amazon store serving the UK market. We have an existing TikTok Shop that needs optimization and a bank of raw video content ready to be edited into engaging TikTok posts. ## Responsibilities - **Shop Optimization:** Audit and optimize existing TikTok Shop setup based on current best practices - **Content Creation:** Edit raw video footage into engaging, scroll-stopping TikTok content - **Affiliate Recruitment:** Source and manage TikTok affiliates/creators to generate additional content and drive sales - **Social Growth:** Develop and execute strategy to grow our TikTok presence through consistent posting - **Shop Management:** Manage product listings, orders, customer inquiries, we will handle fulfilment. - **Performance:** Monitor analytics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversions ## Requirements - **Must have:** Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and TikTok Shops (provide examples) - Proficient in English language - Strong understanding of TikTok's commerce policies, algorithm, and best practices - Experience with TikTok's affiliate program and creator outreach - Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) - Excellent communication and responsiveness - Available for ongoing management after initial setup ## Skills Needed - TikTok content strategy and trends - Video editing and optimization - E-commerce management - Affiliate/influencer partnership management - Analytics and performance tracking - Customer service ## Project Structure - **Phase 1:** Shop audit & optimization + content strategy (2-3 weeks) - **Phase 2:** Ongoing content creation, affiliate management, and shop operations ## To Apply Please include: 1.
