We are looking for a skilled video editor to join our e-commerce team on a flexible, project-based basis. Your role will be to take the raw video content we provide and transform it into 8–30 second marketing creatives tailored to different advertising angles we decide on (e.g., problem/solution, testimonial style, lifestyle, transformation, etc.). What you’ll be doing: • Editing raw content we supply into short-form videos (8–30 seconds). • Applying different marketing angles and variations for A/B testing. • Formatting edits to be optimized for paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. • Delivering clean, engaging, and performance-driven creatives that align with our brand style. Requirements: • Proven experience with short-form video editing (portfolio required). • Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling in marketing content. • Ability to work with fast turnarounds (we typically need edits almost daily or every 2–3 days). • Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-response marketing is a plus. Compensation: • This is a paid per project role. • Freelancers will be paid each time an edit is completed and delivered. • Consistent flow of projects (almost daily) ensures reliable ongoing work.
