Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to handle the complete management and growth of our TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, product optimization, order flow, affiliate coordination, and performance optimization to help scale sales on TikTok Shop. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Monitor and manage orders, returns, and fulfillment Handle TikTok Shop–Shopify integration and inventory sync Coordinate with TikTok affiliates and creators Optimize commissions and manage affiliate campaigns Track performance, sales, and key metrics Troubleshoot listing, order, or visibility issues Implement TikTok Shop best practices to improve conversions Requirements: Proven experience managing TikTok Shop (US/UK preferred) Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center & Affiliate Center Experience with product optimization and shop management Familiarity with Shopify integration is a plus Good communication and time management skills Deliverables / Goals: Smooth daily TikTok Shop operations Optimized product listings and inventory accuracy Active affiliate management and creator coordination Consistent sales growth and improved shop performance How to Apply: Please share: Your experience managing TikTok Shops Any results or case studies (if available) Your availability and pricing
