We are a growing drinkware brand looking to scale on TikTok Shop. Our goal is to build out a strong presence and reach six figures in monthly sales, driven by both paid and affiliate strategies. We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager & Affiliate Outreach Specialist with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop and affiliate outreach, ideally with knowledge of tools like Reacher or similar platforms to manage and scale influencer partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative—ready to make a measurable difference. Responsibilities TikTok Shop Management Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop storefront to maximize conversions and sales. Product Listing Optimization Create high-converting, SEO-driven listings that showcase our products. Affiliate Outreach & Management Use tools like Reacher to identify, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates and influencers. Build lasting relationships and create incentive structures that drive consistent results. Content & Creative Collaboration Collaborate with our internal team to align influencer-driven content with trending TikTok formats and brand messaging. Market & Competitor Research Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for growth. Performance Tracking & Reporting Provide regular reporting on sales performance, affiliate ROI, and campaign success. Qualifications - Proven track record of growing TikTok Shop revenue and managing high-performing campaigns. - Experience with affiliate outreach and management on TikTok. - Familiarity with tools like Reacher or similar platforms for influencer/affiliate outreach. - Strong knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, ad platform, and trends. - Ability to work independently while also collaborating with our team. - Clear communicator with a results-driven mindset.
