The Production Operative works along an assembly line performing specialized tasks that lead to the manufacture of thermocouples. Adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that final products meet high-quality standards. Any reasonable additions to the role as requested by the management. The Production Operative reports to the Production Team Leader and is responsible for the manufacture of individual thermocouples within the cell in which they work. This includes: quality of work, adhering to set procedures and work instructions, pre-use inspection checks of equipment, housekeeping, Raising Health & Safety concerns and adhering to Legislative and Regulatory requirements.
