The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of test strategy, planning, and execution in secure and regulated environments, with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes in multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement end-to-end test strategies aligned with programme goals and compliance requirements.Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across functional, non-functional, integration, and user acceptance testing phases.Manage test teams (internal and third-party), ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage and traceability.Oversee defect management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of test processes.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, particularly in defence and public sector contexts.Provide governance and assurance for testing activities across the programme lifecycle.Sup
