This role is pivotal in supporting a network of retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience. The Role As Sales Performance Manager for the Midlands, you will act as the commercial lead for your region, shaping local strategy, improving partner performance, and ensuring national sales priorities are executed effectively. You will work closely with retail partners to enhance sales capability, optimise operational processes, and identify new market opportunities.
