Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team, based in Knowsley, Merseyside. Responsibilities for this Tenant Liaison Officer will include: Provide a high-quality service by liaising between the client, tenant & Liberty staffUnderstanding tenant requirementsSupport the reduction in complaintsSupport customers, particularly any vulnerable customersManage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagementSupport the wider Liberty team in managing customers and improving customer experienceEngagement with field and work planning teamsEnsure all customer details on all systems are accurate to keep clients updatedWhat we are looking for in our ideal Tenant Liaison Officer: NVQ Level 2 or customer related discipline, GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths & English. Valid driver’s license essential. Customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment (Desirable). Experience of the use of Microsoft Office
