Tenancy Support WorkerHourly Rate: £15.56 PAYELocation: Sheffield, S1 and S8Job Type: Interim, 37 hours per weekWe are excited to offer an opportunity for a Tenancy Support Worker to join a newly launched project aimed at supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and facing complex needs. This role is crucial in helping people transition into and sustain independent living by providing tailored, person-centred support.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver high-quality, personalised support to vulnerable individuals with diverse needs.Develop and maintain effective support plans in collaboration with service users.Promote independence and tenancy sustainment through practical and emotional support.Liaise with external agencies, housing providers, and community services to coordinate holistic support.Monitor progress and adapt support strategies to meet changing needs.Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development through feedback and reporting.Required Skills & Qualifications:Empathy and resilience, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people.Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.Strong communication skills, able to build trust and positive relationships with individuals and professionals.Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.Experience in working within housing, homelessness, or support services is desirable but not essential.Benefits:A supportive and experienced team environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.To apply for the Tenancy Support Worker position, please submit you
