An iconic media organisation is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis (minimum 2 months), supporting their busy recruitment function during a peak period. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping recruitment processes running smoothly from start to finish. You'll be coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, posting roles, updating systems and generally making sure both candidates and hiring managers have a great experience. It's a hands-on role that suits someone organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once. You'll ideally have some previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination and enjoy working at pace. Confidence communicating with candidates, attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are key. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running and is happy jumping in to help where needed.
