Key Responsibilities: Website Content Management:Maintain and update website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with branding and SEO best practices.Digital Content Creation:Develop engaging written and visual content, including articles and graphics (Canva).Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with service users and partner organisations to co-produce content, deliver online training, and support consultation groups.Community Building:Support the growth of an online community of practice and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn and Facebook.Data & Evaluation:Monitor digital engagement using analytics tools and contribute to service improvement through regular reporting.
