I am representing an established organisation on the outskirts of Norwich that is urgently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of the year.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who can hit the ground running and support a busy HR team with end-to-end recruitment activity. You will play an important role in ensuring the organisation attracts and selects the right people who share its values and commitment to excellence.The Role:As Internal Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment process – from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance checks are completed in line with safer recruitment practices. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities: Liaising with managers to understand recruitment needs and timescalesSourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, including job boards and social mediaCoordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection processManaging onboarding and pre-employment checks in line with company policy and compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate recruitment documentation and HR systemsSupporting the HR team with general recruitment administration as required About You: Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environmentStrong understanding of recruitment and compliance processesExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident using recruitment systems and Microsoft OfficeProactive, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlinesAvailable immediately and able to commit until the end of the year This
