CompanyA well established public sector / not for profit organisation is seeking an Interim Financial Accountant to support its Finance function during a key period of development. The organisation operates within a regulated environment and is committed to delivering high standards of governance, accountability and service. There is potential for this role to turn into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Develop and document processes for monthly cashflow and balance sheet reporting, producing clear reports for senior leadership and governance meetings.Create and document procedures for monthly capital expenditure reporting.Work collaboratively with senior finance colleagues to deliver accurate and meaningful financial information to budget holders.Provide support to the wider Finance team during busy periods, including year-end.Adhere to organisational policies relating to safeguarding, health & safety and professional standards.
