Key Responsibilities Office Management Keep the London office running seamlessly - from facilities and supplies to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Be the central contact for building management, suppliers, and vendors.Manage logistics such as meeting room bookings, deliveries, and health & safety compliance.Support onboarding for new hires and ensure they feel part of the team from day one.Provide light-touch operational support to the organisation's New York office - connecting teams across time zones.
