Description Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts payable.Assist with payment runs and ensure all payments are authorised appropriately.Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice queries efficiently.Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.Provide general assistance to the accounting & finance department as required. Profile The successful Purchase Ledger should have: Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role within the accounting & finance sector.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
