The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hardware solutions development , project management with a deep understanding of telematics systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the hardware development process for vehicle and asset tracking telematics products, end to end, from receiving user requirements to ensuring successful market release. Responsibility for device management platforms, configurations and firmware releases. Having a deep understanding of configuration creation while maintaining accurate records of change log records for both configuration and FW releases.Managing hardware team support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environm
