Must-Have Skills 3+ yrs hands-on with n8n, Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel Experience using ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs, embeddings, or assistants Solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP requests Proficient in Google Workspace + App Script Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, GHL) Excellent written & spoken English Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Strong internet + modern setup Nice-to-Haves Voice AI: Thinkr.ai, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Whisper Creative AI: Midjourney, RunwayML, Synthesia Basic coding (JavaScript, Python, Node.js) CRM migrations, dashboards, or system integrations Tools: ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion Marketing automation or analytics experience Timezone: U.S. Business Hours
