Working closely with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing full IT Support and ensuring the smooth running of the infrastructure at all times. Also, to help the organastion to keep on top of its ever-changing IT requirements.As the 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and service deskLog, prioritise and resolve support ticketsTroubleshoot hardware, software and network issuesAdminister Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accountsConfigure and deploy PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devicesSupport ePOS and payment systemsDiagnose basic network and connectivity problemsWork with third-party providers on escalated issuesMaintain IT documentation and asset recordsProvide occasional IT support for events In order to be successful in your application for the 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer position - Technical Support post, you should have: At least 1 year's experience in an IT support roleStrong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 experienceActive Directory administration skillsBasic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting)Excellent communication and customer service skillsA methodical, organised approachA positive, helpful attitude Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.If you are a 1st and 2nd Line Support E
