We’re looking for a high-level Technical Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who can help us rapidly identify, qualify, and shortlist top candidates across Software Engineering, Product, IT Infrastructure, and Data roles. The ideal freelancer will have strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing automation tools to build precise candidate pipelines. You must be able to deliver accurate shortlists quickly and communicate clearly. Responsibilities: Use Boolean search + LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top candidates Create and refine targeted search strings Review profiles and shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial screening calls (when required) Provide structured notes, summaries, and recommendations Manage pipeline in ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, GEM, or similar) Partner with us to refine job requirements and ideal profiles Requirements: 3–7+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience Proven expertise in Boolean search, advanced filters, and talent mapping Strong experience sourcing for tech roles (React, Node, DevOps, .NET, Cloud, etc.) Experience with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, AngelList Excellent communication skills and fast turnaround Ability to deliver conversion-ready shortlists If you're an efficient, detail-oriented sourcer who knows how to find hidden talent fast, we’d love to work with you.
