• Lead the technical implementation of Capita’s solution, ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability and high-quality design.

• Manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners.

• Oversee solution development, testing, cutover, and transition to BAU support.

• Ensure infosec compliance and manage post-go-live hypercare

• Line manage technical teams and drive continuous improvement
