Capita is seeking a Technical Readiness Leader (Senior Programme Manager or Programme Director level) to spearhead the technical implementation of a strategic programme for one of our key clients.
As the Technical Readiness Leader, you will be the most senior technical authority on a transformative programme to insource and operate back-office departments. You will lead the implementation of a multi-channel contact centre, correspondence services, data warehouse, and automation/AI capabilities alongside a newly implemented ERP platform.

What you’ll be doing
Lead the technical implementation of Capita’s solution, ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability and high-quality design.
Manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners.
Oversee solution development, testing, cutover, and transition to BAU support.
Ensure infosec compliance and manage post-go-live hypercare
Line manage technical teams and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven success in delivering complex technical solutions in client-facing environments.
Experience with global technical partners and ERP implementations.
Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Desirable
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Background in contact centre and shared service environments.
